Cancellation, substitution, upgrading and downgrading of passes

1.    Cancellation: no cancellation or refunds is accepted;

2.    Substitution: participants who fail to attend the conference will not be refunded. For participants who foresee that they will not make it to the conference, an alternate is strongly suggested, and a written application for substitution should be faxed to +86-10-87732633-16 or email to hannah_li@howellexpo.com before July 1, 2011;

3.    Downgrading: no downgrading of passes is accepted;

4.    Upgrading: a written application for upgrading the pass should be faxed to +86-10-87732633-16 or email to hannah_li@howellexpo.com before July 1, 2011 and the extra in amount should be paid within the time specified by the Organizing Committee, or else it will be seen as withdrawing the application;

5.    Others: Person who is under 18 years old is not admitted
