Our goal
As a conference with the main purpose of promoting the idea exchange and cooperation in game developing worldwide; CGDC provides people in the game industry an opportunity to share new technical achievements and applications, to discuss new development trend, as well as to improve the development and management level for game companies so as to serve the developing and administrative staff.
About the conference
The conference focuses on different sections in game developing including Game Design, Arts, Programming, Operation, Audio, Management, Security and Testing; covers Online Games, PC/Console Game and Game Outsourcing and Mobile Games; also includes a sponsor session that provides marketing opportunities for related companies.
As a key event in China game industry, the Conference is sponsored and supported by related administration government agencies. After 10 years‘ rapid development, China online game industry has got its own place in the global game industry as well as console game and PC game that are well developed in Europe, the U.S and Japan. The extraordinary development and huge consumer basement have brought fabulous commercial opportunities that attracted global attention. Numerous enterprises from abroad had taken China as an important market. During this period of rapidly development, improving technical level of senior game developers became key point of making progress for game companies, which brings business opportunities to overseas game R&D enterprises, also makes CGDC a high-level technical exchange platform between domestic and overseas enterprises.
CGDC 2010 came back on Jul 30 –1 Aug 2010 at Shanghai International Convention Center, the event attracted lots software and hardware enterprises to show their technologies and exchange ideas onsite. We are happy to see that more and more people in the game industry worldwide paid higher attention on this year’s conference, 87 speakers delivered their speeches on 87 topics at the conference, and nearly 5,000 professionals have attended the conference.
CGDC 2011 will be held on Jul 28 – 30, 2011. The organizing committee will continuously invites elites and experts in the game industry worldwide to share their ideas and experiences in different sessions that help developers to improve their skills and inspire new methodologies, meanwhile, the display area will also build a bridge and provide more opportunities for both domestic and overseas companies.
